Q: How much time does this take each day?

The programme is built around 80/20 efficiency — the minimum inputs that create the maximum shift. Most daily action plans take 20–40 minutes. Some days less. We design around your schedule, not ours.

Q: What fitness level do I need?

Any level. The programme meets you wherever you are — it's precision capability-building, not a bootcamp. Whether you're active but plateaued or just starting to take this seriously, the system adapts to your starting point.

Q: Is this a medical programme?

No. Longevity by Design is a capability and lifestyle programme. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. If you have specific medical conditions, we recommend consulting your GP. Our self-certification process flags when medical clearance is advised.

Q: What if I get injured during the programme?

Safety gating is built into every plan. We progress through functional range, strength, and VO₂ capacity in a specific order with clear gates. Sharp pain means stop. Persistent worsening triggers regression, not pushing through. The programme is designed to prevent injury, not cause it.

Q: What's the difference between Minimum and Trajectory?

Minimum is 6 weeks — the minimum effective dose to build foundations and test the method. Trajectory is 12 weeks — deeper support, more rigorous tracking, naturopathy support lane, and the full proof loop (baseline + mid + end testing). Trajectory is where real trajectory change happens.

Q: Can I upgrade from Minimum to Trajectory?

Yes. Complete Minimum and upgrade within 7 days to receive a £250 credit towards Trajectory. We reward follow-through.

Q: What's the longevity report?

Your HDL longevity report is a personalised assessment based on a questionnaire. It estimates your biological age, rate-of-ageing trajectory, and identifies the specific levers most likely to shift your outcomes. It's free, takes about 10 minutes, and is genuinely useful whether you join a programme or not.

Q: Do I need to come in person?

No. All programmes are hybrid: in-person sessions at a hall in Lewes, plus Zoom. All sessions are recorded for replay. The Signature Plan includes in-person visits to your home/environment.

Q: What if I'm not in the Lewes/Brighton area?

The programme works fully online via Zoom. In-person elements (Signature visits, community sessions) can be substituted with remote alternatives.

Q: Is there a refund policy?
