Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website or enrolling in the Longevity by Design programme, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our services.
Programme Description
Longevity by Design is a capability and lifestyle programme delivered by Altituding. It includes personalised longevity reports, structured training programmes, and ongoing coaching support depending on the tier selected. The programme is not a medical service and does not replace professional medical advice.
Pricing & Payment
All prices are displayed in British Pounds (£) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Payment is required in full or in agreed instalments before the programme begins. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time; however, changes will not affect existing enrolments.
Cancellation & Refunds
You may cancel your enrolment within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, provided the programme has not yet commenced. Once the programme has started, refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis at our discretion. Monthly membership subscriptions can be cancelled at any time with 30 days’ notice.
Limitation of Liability
Altituding provides information and guidance for general wellness and capability development. We are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in the programme. You acknowledge that you participate in all physical activities at your own risk and have consulted with your GP or medical professional before beginning.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
